Will you/did you do anything special on what would have been your hen/wedding day?

Or will you just treat it as another day?

I know it's not the most important thing in the world at the moment but I need something nice planned so I don't moap around all day. I'd love to hear any suggestions of what people did/plan to do.

I am interested too, otherwise may just drink champagne all day :)

Was supposed to be this weekend.
My Bridesmaid asked if I wanted to zoom/chat with a group but I really don't want to, struggling enough with the fact that all my planning for our day has gone to shit!
Will need to keep busy and not get on the wine early or will end up upset.

@Therealabbeyclancy I don't blame you not wanting to be sociable. Have you rebooked a date?

Therealabbeyclancy · 14/05/2020 18:42

@Cantdecidewhich not yet, I can't bring myself to until we know when people will be allowed to socialise again and I can't bear the thought of it being cancelled again Sad

Mine was supposed to be this weekend, I'm dreading it. I've spent a year planning it for 150 people, all for nothing.
We've got a nice meal planned, and I'm going for a nice long run in the morning, so hopefully the exercise will keep my mind happy and the food I eat will comfort me too!
To be honest, I'm looking forward to the date passing. We've not yet rescheduled, but the minute the registry office opens we'll book the first date they've got for a much smaller affair.
