No 2 looks more fun and age appropriate, and if it's going to be hot at least she's not drowning in polyester, although I think No 1 is nice, just think No 2 is better and she might wear it again?

Chocolateandchats · 17/02/2020 22:27

Love them both. Congrats OP. EnjoyFlowers

Wigeon · 17/02/2020 22:31

Second one. She will def trip over and rip the first, even if you get it slightly hemmed up! And the second one is lovely for a 4 year old.

scrivette · 17/02/2020 22:32

The first one, particularly if you can have it taken up a little bit.

They are both lovely but I think the second one looks more ballet/fairy like.

teaandcake246 · 17/02/2020 22:39

They’re both really pretty! I’d go for no. 2, not only for practical reasons - as you say, no danger of tripping - but also because the length looks more suitable for a 4-year-old, given that traditionally young girls wear dresses that are not full-length.

MummySharn · 17/02/2020 22:40

Number 2, it’s more practical

Lostkeyagain · 17/02/2020 22:41

I like the 2nd one for a 4 year old, it’s cuter and more playful.

teaandcake246 · 17/02/2020 22:42

Although, if you had no.1 taken up so that it was a similar length to no.2, I think that would work with the style of the dress, and that would then be my favourite!

12345ct · 17/02/2020 22:42

Number 2 is so much cuter. Congratulations on your wedding.

xine15 · 17/02/2020 22:53

Def no 2.

Mother87 · 17/02/2020 23:00

First one

AlwaysTryingToHelp · 18/02/2020 15:50

I Love the second one! I am getting married abroad and I am looking for something just like this! Where was it from please ? :)

Mumtobe193 · 18/02/2020 17:40

@AlwaysTryingToHelp it’s from Next 😊

1 the second one looks messy somehow

Ellmau · 20/02/2020 21:04

1 is more weddingy, 2 looks more like a ballet dress.

BobbyBlueCat · 20/02/2020 21:17

2 doesn't sit nicely at all around the chest area. It looks like it was made to have breasts filling it out (which it OBVIOUSLY does not, given it's target demographic) and makes her look very 'square'.

1 is lovely.
If you're worried about her tripping in it, like you say, then why not get it shortened to the length of the other one? Or put a puffy underskirt?

notangelinajolie · 20/02/2020 21:22

Number 1 is beautiful.
Number 2 looks like fancy dress

Essexgirlupnorth · 20/02/2020 21:24

First one

GreyishDays · 20/02/2020 21:26

I’d worry that she’ll stand on the front of the first one every time she goes up a step.
So no. 2 for me.

Disfordarkchocolate · 20/02/2020 21:27

Secret sales have some very beautiful Ghost bridesmaid dresses on today. Very discounted.

Standrewsschool · 20/02/2020 21:37

First one - looks nicer and fits her better.
