can I have your ideas for a family elopement?

I posted recently about us looking at the possibility of going away on our own possibly without the kids (because the budget is tight) to get married but a few people suggested Millbrook estate as somewhere we could bring them too. It's absolutely perfect but is coming out so expensive for what we want.

Does anyone have any other ideas on what we could do around Christmas time for just our family of 5?

I've attended a wedding here as a guest, it was really nice. I don't know how much the couple paid but we paid £130 per night as a couple to stay.
