What do you think of this wedding dress?

What would you think if you went to a wedding and the bride wore this? I've got it for my (very small) wedding and I love it.

I'm worried because it's not an actual wedding dress, just a maxi dress. It didn't cost a lot of money so it's not the end of the world if you all think it's inappropriate.

What do you think of this wedding dress?

mammamiapia · 17/08/2016 11:11

Think it's lovely, not wearing a wedding dress eitherSmile

GummyBunting · 17/08/2016 11:17

I love it- I would have a vintage/boho belt to cinch the waist.

EnglishGirlApproximately · 17/08/2016 11:19

It's pretty much exactly what I would choose. It's classy, understated and elegant.

wobblywonderwoman · 17/08/2016 11:26

I truly love it.

Very pretty.

I would buy of hire a nice headpiece (band)

TheGreatDessert · 17/08/2016 12:12

It's a lovely dress - be glad that you love it!

I'm getting married later this year. Just us, no guests. I'm having a "proper" wedding dress. I'm not sure I even like it any more and I already feel like a twat at the thought of putting it on Blush. It's being altered at the moment. Hopefuly I like it more when I go and pick it up Confused

I really, really wish I'd just bought something simple online.

I think I have that hair saved on my pinterest Smile. I'll feel like a twat getting my hair done too.

Do you see why I'm having no guests? I'd rather hide in a cupboard than be centre of attention - even if nobody is looking!

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen · 17/08/2016 12:17

It's really lovelySmile

It's gorgeous. With your hair like that, and maybe a bouquet made of wild flowers or similar? Beautiful.

AnnieOnnieMouse · 17/08/2016 12:48

Absolutely lovely! It's very elegant.
I didn't wear a traditional wedding dress, either, so was able to wear the dress again a few times, including at ds christening, which made me very happy.

lionsleepstonight · 17/08/2016 21:58

It's a dress and you are wearing it to your wedding. It's a wedding dress!

I love it, and with the hair will look amazing. Very refreshing not to see a strapless white number!

janethegirl2 · 17/08/2016 22:04

I love the dress, enjoy your wedding 🍾🍸🍹🍷🍺

opheliaamongthelillies · 27/08/2016 19:59

Love it.

Blondienut · 29/08/2016 22:18

LOVE it, It's fabulous. I too am looking for a non wedding dress dress, any ideas where to look? Where did you find this?

Liverbird77 · 15/09/2016 16:14

It is absolutely gorgeous. I am looking for something similar for my wedding next summer.

BettyCrystal · 15/09/2016 16:18

You don't have to wear an actual wedding dress. I didn't. Would have felt like a right plonker in the full regalia! Get whatever suits your wedding / personality / budget. I felt great in my non-wedding dress on the day!

WhiskersAndPaws · 26/09/2016 20:34

It's beautiful. If you feel good in it wear it. It's lovely.
