Our reception venue has a garden that has a fab play area including climbing frame, swings etc.
This is the bit that our flower girl is most looking forward to.
She's wearing a traditional ivory long frock for the ceremony, but what can I get her to change into that is still special but more practical?

How old is she? Would she wear boys stuff - little boys ivory trousers and a blouse? Or just a pretty little primark sun dress or something.

I just went for it in my bridesmaids dress when I was little, dm had to cut the bits I ripped off with a steak knife as I kept tripping on them Blush Grin so more practical stuff is a good plan!

She'll be 6.
Actually, a sun dress or playsuit is probably the best idea. I want her to enjoy herself but know she'll be sad if she wrecks the dress.

Primark has cheap & cheerful dresses/playsuits that fits your requirements.

My dsd was a bridesmaid at our wedding. She just put her normal clothes on after the ceremony. She was so excited to just be allowed to run around and have fun!!
