Travelling there next week, will have a day or two of walking around, will I need a big coat?

Do you have a weather app on your phone? It is predicted to be wet but about 15/16 degrees so not really weather for a big coat but it will be cooler in the evenings. We went once in December when we walked round in t-shirts with no coats at all.
