If I am going from say Cley to Cromer (North Norfolk coast) and there is a SW wind does that mean it will be a tail wind - well not completely, but it would more tail than head?

If you are walking from Cley to Cromer, then it will be blowing from diagonally behind your right shoulder, so not in your face.
