It will rain again soon... won't it?

I live near Bristol. Can't remember the last time we had significant rain. Is there any rain at all likely to occur in the next week or so? I'm actually getting worried about how severe and longlasting this drought will be.

It's rained on and off the last week in Leeds! Heavy rain coming again together from the forecast.

Currently hammering it down where we are in West Yorkshire. Has been raining on and off every sodding day this week. You can have our rain, I'm sick of the sight of it.

I'm just over the bridge and it's been raining on and off most of the day. It's also raining all night and most of tomorrow if you want to pop over!

I think that where it has been very dry until now, then, unless you are lucky and catch something tonight or tomorrow, then the outlook at present is for it to remain very dry for the sensibly forcastable future unfortunately.

South coast and not had rain for 2 months (maybe slight drizzle once)

lawn is fried and crispy and turning to dust, pond dried up so much when we were on hols most fish died, and lots of plants dying off. My garden looks mildly apocalyptic really

Nothing beyond the odd spot in our bit of Norfolk for ages. I remember getting wet feet on a run in early June, but that’s it. The grass everywhere is absolutely crisped, it’s so depressing to look at. I’m longing for some green!

It's rained most of today here (W Midlands). We've had plenty of rain in the past week too. Our once parched lawn is now definitely green again. More rain forecast for tomorrow too. Looking forward to seeing the sun again some time!
