Anyone got this for their area? Makes meeting outside hard to plan.

My area said sunny all day and it’s done nowt but rain!

Yes. Drives me mad

We have horses and are up at the yard at 7am and can’t get back up easily until 4ish

I always check the forecast before we decide whether to chuck them out for the day or let them have a duvet day - they normally go out whatever the weather, but if it’s relentless rain and wind we tend to leave them in.

On Tuesday my area was supposed to be grey but no rain so put them out for the day. It absolutely pissed down all day and horrendous wind.

Got back to the yard that evening to 2 very wet and very pissed off ponies

And today’s forecast was blue skies and sunshine all day so I chucked them out without rugs this morning

We now have horizontal rain Hmm

This morning’s light shower was actually an hour of rain running like a river down our close.

Yesterday was supposed to be dry so I hung out a load of washing that ended up having to be spun again as it was dripping wet after all of the rain.

yup, BBC vs. Met Office. Every day rather different.
DH reckons the wind is the predictor: wind from south = no rain, wind from north/east = rain.

Ah, not just me.

No website is reliable at the moment. Poor horses!
