Very loud blustery here in the W Mids. What's going on?

Yes same here in north west. I too thought I'd not heard about it in any forecasts.

I’ve just had to retrieve two wheelie bins which had blown away.
Lots of hail too.

Same here too in Bedfordshire, not forecast here either. I hate the wind, it sets my teeth on edge.
