Weather forecasts wrong all week

hi all
local weather forecasts have been wrong every day this week - rain when they say it will be dry, the odd spell of sunshine when it's meant to be pouring. Crap planning for runners. (well I hate running in the rain).

Do the clever ones of MN have a view on Saturday and Sunday please?

hi Kitten, no need to apologise!

things have turned out differently - yesterday we got more sun and today is not the horrendous grey they said. Not yet anyway. So that's good.

I got back from my run really really muddy this morning. Ran through one puddle that was so much deeper than I expected!

no risk of that here, it's mostly just water spread across pavement!

The dreich has descended now, oh well.

I've given up on forecasts and just made sure I have a have lots of clothing options for every eventuality and then dress to run on the day.

OYBBK will there be any snow in Norfolk this year do you think? We've only had 2 frosts since Christmas. It just rains and rains whilst feeling mild.

I don't see any real prospect of snow at present for you.

It is a remarkably mild winter.

Boooo. 8yo ds asks every day and my gut instinct given how mild it is, is that winter is going to pass us by rather. I'm a gardener and everything is out of kilter outside.
