Any forecasters around please?

Hi Gloria and Kitten, if you're around
Is there no end in sight for humidity in north London? The temps have allegedly dropped but the mugginess is grim

Looks like it'll still be warm over the weekend Lighthouse with the possibility of thundery showers but next week could bring some relief from the mugginess. It starts to look a bit fresher at the start of the week but moreso towards next weekend, when it looks like our weather starts coming from the west and there could be rain for some areas (which would be nice for watering my allotment!)

I can't believe I'm whining about this, but another day of forecasts suing 21 and irs more like 26, 27.... I have meal planned wrongly but it's way too hot to go running before dinner.

It's like we're having a heatwave no one told us about. DH office up to 31c.

Things forecast to change middle of the week, Lighthouse, so things should be a bit more pleasant!

I think my dad will have to go to hospital this week so there'll be a lot of extra Tube use as well. Not normally such a grump about nice weather!

It doesn't look like temps will drop hugely though in the south, even with the jet stream having a wibble.

I think London has had a few days of a predicted 21 becoming 26 or 27. Everyone at work has commented as well.

The humidity has passed over the weekend which is grand.

It's something I've noticed too. The met office have been consistently undercooking temperatures over the past week or so. I think skies are clearing more than forecast.
