The world is Suffolk this evening is eerily pink. It's very cloudy and the clouds are grey but with pink edges and the light cast has started at pale pink, going through to Amethyst and now it's nearly dark, almost purple. Unfortunately the camera isn't picking it up. I find it fascinating but have no idea what causes this effect. Would love to know if anybody has a clue.
Thank you.

Pink/grey clouds = snow clouds ime!

Assuming you are not meaning normal dusk colours.

We had a sky like that yesterday. It was beautiful.

No, I didn't mean normal dusk colours, Raw, and yes, they did look like snow clouds but it's 9 degrees here, really quite mild!

I'm on the Norfolk/Suffolk border and got it too. A friend of mine posted a photo of blazing orange sunset over Norfolk. I'm assuming we had that plus hazy cloud cover which diffused the light but that's just my guess.

It was eerie and beautiful though, felt like a portent of doom!
