My old one has died.
I'm looking at this one
Does anyone know if it's any good and if not , can they recommend another one in the same category?

I did a bit of a low down on weather stations on

I think LaCrosse is a pretty reasonable make. Does it store data for a long enough time for you?

I eventually bought a LA CROSSE TECHNOLOGY WS1501 Weather Station. Got it for £85 from Amazon. It's great, was easy enough to set up and does what I want it to do. The one thing I don't like is that you have to run a cable from the anemometer to the thermo-hygro-sensor. It's hard to know how to secure this.

excellent :)

I have a cable from my anemometer to the main sensor unit. It is tacked down the side of the house, then runs along in a fortuitous channel that we have in our concrete. I used silicone to seal it in. Then it runs through some drain pipe along our fence!
