Weather help short/long term please

they are currentley finishing of my new house expected hand over is 15th with me getting keys on the 19th December .

But orderly need half way decent weather so no delays and no snow !!!

ok, I've looked at the gfs model output (which looks out to 20th November) Remember that once we go beyond a few days forecasting everything gets very unreliable - things can really change Up until the 19th the weather looks pretty similar to how it has been - ie relatively benign in your area - a little cooler as time goes on but generally quite mild and no big storms showing. Then from the 19th onwards it shows a step change to much colder weather - temps in single digits day time and below freezing at night. Doesnt look like a snowy picture to me though at that point in time.
