Well it was cold here in Cheshire and woke me at 5am. All quiet here now.

Bad winds here in Lancashire again but no worse than Thursday eve. A few more bits of render came off the chimney but nothing like Thursday night, and the remaining two sides of render are still up there but have come away from the brick. Man been to look at damage and it all has to be scaffolded - think our premimums are about to rise!

Bloomin windy here (east of Pennines, between Wakefield, Barnsley and Huddersfield). Loads of twiggy debris on ground. Neighbour has a cover on her rotary drier which has blown to bits. But fence still up and trampoline still in garden.
