Tasty supermarket baby food that isn't high in sugar?

Hello, I wondered if anyone could recommend some lovely tasting super market baby food that isn't too high in sugar please?

Its a bit of a strange request as its not for a baby, but my Nan has end stage MS and is mostly tube fed, she is having real problems managing finely chopped/minced home cooking and so often has things like custard/stewed apple for lunch but some pre-made baby food would take some pressure off my Grandpa (who is 80 and her main carer)

Thank you,

What about the Ella's Kitchen pouches or Plum sachets? They do things like 'Blueberry, vanilla and banana' and 'pumpkin, mango and carrot'. DD loves them.

Plum webpage here and Ella's kitchen page here.

(Let's see if I've done the links right!)

Hope this helps.

the hipp jars smell like what they say on the label if that's any help - unlike cow and gate and heinz ones which make me want to gag!
