Can I freeze small portions of pureed roast chicken?

And will it be safe to reheat?

I may add some formula to the chicken to make it creamy, just want to know whether this is safe to do.

Thanks

if you add water/stock to the chicken when you blend it it goes creamy (eventually), then you can freeze it. It is quite nice used as a sandwich spread like this (once defrosted).

if using stock you can get low salt bouillon powder.
