Good websites for baby weaning portion sizes by age?

Are there any websites which give good information about portion sizes at the various ages please?

DD is 8.5 months old and is doing well at weaning so far. Only problem is that she doesn't seem to show when she is full or still hungry! She'll seem to accept fine if the food is taken away 'early' (ie the 7 month pouches which I only use rarely usually home cooked, but they are small) but then seem hungry not long after, she doesn't cry for more. Conversely her dad seems to think she needs a lot more than I think would be a portion for her age, but she'll keep eating as long as you keep putting it in or giving her spoon or finger foods, without any signs of turning away etc, but then gets what seems to be a sore tummy.

Would be good to get an idea of standard portion sizes as a 'guide' for 8 months, 9 months, etc. Like the NHS ones for adults.

Solid starts is amazing but it’s more aimed at ages and how to prepare food when doing baby led weaning.
