Weaning with combi-feeding.. how/when to reduce formula and breastfeeds?

Third baby but first one to be having any formula and feel out of my depth.

From what I understand, formula fed babies tend to actually reduce their formula milk intake as they get towards 12 months and can be fully weaned from it and fully on food by 12 months?

My experience of EBF babies was that their breastfeeds stayed pretty similar, actually increasing in frequency as we approached 12mo and then gradually weaned off after that (with direction from me!). They breastfed for 2y and 3y.

Third baby had 2 bottles of formula a day (one before bed, one after morning nap) and breastfeeds whenever she's hungry outside of that. I have not got a clue how to navigate the amount of milk/milk feeds she has going forward... Any advice?

7/7.30am - wake up
7.30-8.30 - breastfeed both sides around getting siblings ready for school
9.30am-10/10.30am - morning nap, then bottle of formula, might introduce some solids here soon
12.30-2.30pm - afternoon nap, breastfeed
2.45pm - school and nursery run
4pmish - breastfeed, short nap
5pm (latest) - wake from nap, breastfeed if possible, join family for solids for dinner
7pm - bedtime bottle of formula, sometimes breastfeeds afterwards
7.30pm - bedtime
3am (ish!) - breastfeed

I don't know if I can keep acting the same way I did with my EBF babies or if I need to be taking a more structured approach in reducing the milk given I'm giving her formula?

Adding that I'd like to keep breastfeeding beyond 12m if possible, but not sure it will be as she doesn't seem to get any comfort from it! Unlike my other children!

I would just cut down the formula from about 10months- knock an ounce off the bottle every week/ few days. Then she'll be off it at 12 months- there wont really be any need for it and theyre supposed to be off bottles then too. You might find she starts drinking less once she's eating full meals anyways.

Thank you, that is helpful. I've always been very child-led with my other two, so the idea of me having to adapt something like milk volume feels major.
