Tounge thrust and not mouthing

Im starting to panic. My little one is nearly 7 months old and developmentaly hitting all other milestones. She smiles, laughs, babbles, can sit up with a tiny bit of help, puts weight on her legs, rolls and picks up toys and moves them between her hands... my worry Is that she has never put anything in her mouth other than her fingers. She inspects things with her hands rather than her mouth which is the complete opposite to what her brother was like.
Ive also started to try and wean her but she still has tongue thrust and everything just gets pushed out and scraped on her top lip. BLW isn't an option as she won't actively put anything in her mouth.
I've got a referral to ENT to check for tongue tie but are some babies just simply not interested in mouthing?

It’s really good that you have a referral. It possibly could be TT.
