10 month old pooing after every meal-sometimes poonami! Teething or food related?

My 10 month old for the past week now has been pooing a lot more frequently. It started off as very runny nappies which were very seedy with occasional out the nappy onto clothes situations 😅 (mostly when out and about of course).
It's now not as runny, more paste like but VERY smelly and still a few pooing out nappy situations still.

I've noticed now that he is doing the poos either at the end of his meals or a wee while after each meal and there's always a dirty nappy first thing in the morning. Now not seedy (I stopped seedy fruit for a few days and noticed this was obviously causing it) but orangey brown in colour. SORRY IF TMI! 🙃

he seems fine in himself, doesn't seem in any discomfort when he passes them just a few pushes. No temp either. Only thing he is doing is hitting his chin with his fist as well as trying to hit his chin off either my shoulder or the floor if he's on his tummy, or his cot mattress. He's done this for a while though and health visitor said likely down to teething. He doesn't have any teeth yet.

I mentioned the increase in dirty nappies to her and she also said likely teething but would this last over a week?

If it continues I will phone Dr in a few days (closed for weekend) but just interested to know if anyone is similar or has experienced similar with their baby?

For context he's eating 3 meals a day and formula fed. He gets 3 bottles a day roughly 4/5oz each (usually 4) and sometimes up during the night and takes another 4/5oz give or take.
