10mo suddenly off all his fave foods, and spitting?

10mo has had a bit of an up and down Weaning journey due to long illnesses and teething, but we had got ourselves into a good routine and he was happily eating cereal or toast and fruit for breakfast, fingers foods and spoon fed stuff for lunch and tea.
Suddenly the last week or so, all his favourite foods are being fully rejected, foods I could count on him always eating like cucumber, avocado, babybels, potato, cream cheese etc. He’s also started chewing his food then spitting bits out, and showing a preference for hard things like crackers/toast/puffs.
He has tooth 6 about to come through but I wasn’t sure if this is linked to teething or just a phase as he’s just gone through a horrid sleep regression too!

It definitely sounds teething related since he's spitting it out a lot! Just keep offering and hopefully he'll come back around when his gums feel better.
Weaning the BLW Way on FB is really helpful too for weaning :)

Have you tried some Ibruprofen and a teething gel @Berangere?
