I found hair in my baby's food jar. It was Boots own brand.
I told them about it and they fobbed me off with all manner of answers apart from how it got there, whether it was animal or human and how detrimental it would be for the food. I am utterly disappointed they have let me down so badly and now I cannot trust their foods or their traceability. If you find anything wrong like this, in the first instance contact your local Environmental Health Officer based at your local council offices. They can investigate and support you. Don't go back to the multinational who just use clever manipulations. Anyone else had similar? x
