Weaning a refluxy baby - seems ravenous for food but ends up crying

Dd is almost 23 weeks and has been getting tastes of fruit and veg for about 10 days now. Both mash from a spoon and things like gumming banana sticks or pear chunks.

So she seems ravenous for food. Cries as soon as she sees people eating, snatches food and savages it off a spoon or my fingers BUT then gets really upset and cries and I can't quite tell why..She will stop crying if she gets more food and launch into it but ultimately just gets really cross and frustrated and just roars. She hasn't had any choking incidents or anything and I've just been giving her food once a day. She is very windy- could she be crying because of wind from gobbling? I don't know whether to back off for a week or so or keep going. She will cry for food anyway if dh, Dd1 and I are eating. Any thoughts?
