Freezing lots of portions of baby food

I made a huge beef risotto for DS and froze it in 15 different portions in freezer bags. I put all the bags next to each other in the freezer while they were still quite warm (but not hot). I check on them after 24 hours and more than half of them were still soft (but cold) rather than frozen hard.

I am wondering if it safe to use these as I think that they must have taken more than 24 hours to freeze properly as putting them so close together stopped them from freezing quickly. Obviously they were kept cold for that length of time so is it still safe to use them? Help!

Its probably fine. If you want to be sure, try one yourself today, if you're still here tomorrow its ok.
