Making My Daughter's 11th Birthday Special in Florida!

My daughter is fortunate enough to be turning 11 while we're in Florida for a cheerleading competition, and I'm looking for ideas to make the evening special. It could be anything—food-related or not (though we’ll need to eat at some point, I suppose)! I want to give her a day she'll always remember. There may be up to 20 of us, including both adults and kids. This will be our first time in Florida, so I’m not sure where to begin looking for ideas

Florida is a big place, where will you be?

How long are you at Disney for, and will you definitely have the whole evening to plan something for everyone? Also - rough budget? I'd say one of the nicer dining experiences (eg Ohana, Sanii depending on her preferred cuisine) but it'll be really spendy if there's 20 people to feed!

Another option might be, if everyone has Disney tickets etc already, paying for the one-off passes for the rides that are impossible to get on (Individual Lightening Lanes) so everyone can go on your DDs favourite rollercoaster.

Or just a good old US shopping spree - if you're staying on-site maybe organise transport to a local mall/target etc.

Supermarkets (full size) usually have bakeries that with only a day or 2's notice can do personalised cakes, the carrot cakes are particularly yummy. I wouldn't over complicate things as it's already an amazing experience, cake and fast food will be flexible enough to fit around whatever else you are doing

I am taking my 2 in September for their 18th and 13th. I have arranged a few things for their birthdays.

For my DD we will go to Discovery Cove and she will do the dolphin and flamingo experiences.

For my DS we will do an airboat trip, dinner show (the murder mystery one) and helicopter flight. B
