Cabin approved buggy

Can anyone recommend a budget friendly cabin approved buggy?

You can't take buggy's in the cabin. You can use the buggy right up until entry of the plane, then it's put in the hold and it's ready again for you as soon as you exit the plane.

I have a Cybex S Twist+ 2

Best buggy I have ever had (and I've had a lot!). Folds fabulously, and I've been allowed to take it in the cabin and put it in the overhead bins.
