Using uber and lyft etc

Is there an American version of the app to download and will they accept British credit cards on the account etc? Also, do you tip in cash or on the app?

We used Lyft daily when we went a few months ago. No problem with UK credit cards. Once the ride was over a notification popped up asking if we wanted to tip. We did use Uber once or twice too with no issues, but Lyft tended to be cheaper when we wanted it.

Also, no need for a new Uber app - as long as you have location settings enabled it'll know where you are!

Yes no problem at all. Generally took us less than ten minutes to get one in the mornings to get to parks. The only day we had to wait for a long time was after the fireworks at Epcot, just the volume of traffic meant it was slow going!
