Can anyone help DD with twitch?

I initially posted this in chat, but have just come across this board so it might be better here

DD uses the streaming service Twitch. She’s 16 and was asked to verify her age (which is done through a picture of her face). Twitch has decided that she’s underage. Ie she’s younger than 13.

She’s tried going through the appeals process, but when she tries to log on, it kicks her off and she’s just going around in circles—not able to access the appeals portal. I know it’s a long shot, but does anyone have any suggestions of what she can do?

I don't think you can. I don't think you can appeal if you're locked out, it's all automated. It'll have to be the long way around with photo ID through twitch support I think.
