Help with Roblox

I'm desperately trying to link my account to me child's on Roblox so I can monitor their account. Ive been through all the strps but now Im at the point where I cant send a parent request email from their account and if I go to parental settings on my account it just says Learn More and no account linked. Has anyone experienced this and found a solution?

I know this is totally unhelpful, but Roblox is an absolute No in our house. My DH is a keen gamer and very happy for the kids to game but won’t let the kids near it. All the games are rubbish, the platform is just full of whatever junk people put up, there are no proper systems to make sure your kids are t playing with strangers, and above all the whole thing is just designed to get your kids hooked on spending real world money on “Robux”. The serious gaming press like PC Gamer are hugely down on the platform.
Get your DC proper games by reputable companies instead. Any of the EA Sports ones, the LEGO Star Wars, Harry Potter, etc, Minecraft of course, etc. There are huge numbers of great games for kids of all ages without having to go near Roblox. My DC aged 9 is currently obsessed with Kerbal Space Programme and Planet Zoo. My DC aged 13 is playing Satisfactory and FIFA 2026.
