Hi folks. DD 11 wanted to purchase the Home Designer Dream Bundel pack on Toca Boca with Google Play voucher. On her phone there was not an option for her to make the purchase, presumably because she is under 13. I have made purchases for other apps (Avatar World, Roblox etc) on my phone before and she has accessed the content no problem. We read up and looked like this wouldn't be a problem for Toca Boca. I made the purchase, but she cannot access the content on her phone. She is signed into her own gmail account on her phone and I bought the pack on my phone which obviously has my gmail account. We are linked on Google family link. I can't find a way to access the content on her phone and requested a refund, explaining we intend to re-purchase on the correct device (I am presuming I can temporarily suspend the parental restrictions, buy content and then reinstate restrictions). Google have refused the refund despite the request being made on the same day as purchase. Can anyone help with instructions on how to share the content between phones? I am at a bit of a loss and the most techy member of my family thought the easiest thing would be to refund and re-purchase. Any help appreciated!
