Technical help with a gaming computer

Can anyone help? DS got a gaming computer for Christmas, one that was built from scratch so not like a normal one.

He tried to turn it on yesterday and it said the PIN no longer worked. So he can’t get get into it now.

Does anyone have any advice?

Is this the PIN for his Microsoft login? You can click on the icon below and use the password instead (assuming he can remember the password!).

He’s on windows 11 - does that make a difference? If I hadn’t paid nearly 2k for it I’d have thrown it through a window yesterday 😂

The link in my post takes you to the Windows 11 help page for issues logging in with your PIN. Have you asked him if he remembers setting a password?

He’s hasn’t set a password. In a bit I will take photos of it. I really appreciate your help
