I have shooting starts on my island tonight but I don't think celeste is around (because flick is on my island atm) unless she only comes at a certain time of night.

@Pinkbonbon I believe if you have another visitor it won't allow Celeste. But thank you. Also correct me if I'm wrong!

Oh, maybe the mushroom recipes are quite rare then!

I also have flick but I will keep an eye out for Celeste tomorrow, I have only noticed her a couple of times so don't have many star recipes either!

Celeste can visit anytime - other daytime visitors don't matter
She might arrive with a meteor shower but not guaranteed

Anyone else find that they get a villager they should love (eg, they're really pretty) but then they just don't grow on them? But then you get a villager you don't really like and then find you miss them when they leave xD

Like Diana is really pretty with a nice house and lots of people love beau but I found them both really 'meh'. But Tipper...I couldn't stand her at first. But when she left my new leaf town I missed her and would love to find her in New horizons.

And...'everybody loves Raymond' (couldn't resist) but he was my 6th villager (campsite) and... ...I don't get it. But maybe he'll grow on me lol. I highly doubt that will happen with Al though xD

Yes! I love the cute villagers but I find the snobby personality really off putting so that would ruin them for me.

I went on one of kapp'ns island tours today and it was a nighttime island. When I hit the rocks, stars came out!! Plus the DIY recipe on the beach was a starry one!

That's probably old news to everyone else but was a big surprise for me 🤣

Seen a few YouTube get that starry island lately! I've reset my island recently so it'll be a while before I can hit those tours.

I like some snooty villagers like Portia but not so keen on the jocks as a whole. Though saying that, Iggly is a dreamy of mine. Fingers crossed i find him someday :)

I have 3 preppy on my island atm though and it's starting to feel a little bit...Hannah Montana xD I need to find some crankys (oh Vladimir where art thou?)

That's how I feel too! I've cleared away some stuff so I could start planting crops but I haven't actually done anything with the area, the crops are just sitting there 😅

I've also spent all my bells now so will have to get back into the stalk market, if I can face the stress..I only seem to get very low prices for turnips on my island!

So all in all my island has kind of just stalled for now.

Starting over isn't as daunting as I thought it would be but it's a thought to do all the teraforming ect again... I might just leave my island fairly natural this time xD

I'm thinking of trying out that nookazon site or discord to sell Raymond when he asks to leave. Anyone tried selling on there?

Also, I really need to stop going to mabels and buying far too many clothes. I could leave my house upgrades double the length of time if it wasn't for my pretty outfit addiction.

Turnip exchange is really good for visiting islands to make bells by selling turnips. You could also put your own island on there.

Attempting to do something with RS this morning but not liking it so far... I don't know where my inspiration has gone 😩

I think its just a thought to get started. I'm going to try get into the habit of doing a little every day...maybe...tomorrow...or there abouts...perhaps xD

I have two villagers still to place and so far I've condensed 8 and the shops to the main bit of the island and a little on the right but now I'm wishing I'd done the beach thing you did or spaced them out more so that i could plan better.

That's new to me! Hope I get that one! Went to one that was full of sugarcane, another snowing (so snowflakes and a snowflakes wall diy), another where the ground was full of acorns....

I've got tomatoes, sugarcane, potatoes & wheat now, all the shops are up on Harvs (Cyrus & colour changing all the furniture to get full collections have been a thing!)
