Interior design game recommendations please

Something where I can be creative and (virtually) indulgent - design my own mansion/tropical getaway type thing

There are so many to choose from I don't know where to start

I do know I don't want one with a load of in app purchases and not keen on mandatory mini games either

So the animation style would be the right choice, I see there is a school game emerging recently, its comic series has been popular for a long time, you can try picos-school.com/

The sims series. Sims 3 (pc) is your best bet.
I can spend hours and hours just designing homes.

Theres also 'house flipper' on consoles. But honestly it's a bit dry imo.

This is someone building a tropical escape using the sims 4 btw. But sims 3 is still good.
