Hi - does any one have experience of this working correctly? We got an Xbox at xmas and the DD's friend requests are not being sent to me (the family parent account) for approval, the process doesn't seem to be working. I've tried talking to a Microsoft agent (didn't know, put me on hold for 15 mins then the call was ended), and searching on the community boards but just found other people having the same problem, no answers apart from suggestions to allow child to approve their own friend requests temporarily then block again once she has accepted the friend, but I'd like to actually get it working properly if that's possible. Has anyone managed to do this please? Thanks in advance
