When you're holding your net, creep up to the tarantula by holding down A.

I'm opening my gates for a bit... will put out some spare diys (don't have many!) and some fruit (apples, pears, peaches and coconuts) on the beach to the left of the entrance if anyone is interested.

You stand looking up at the sky (right stick to look up) and when you see a shooting star you press A to wish on it. The next morning you get a star fragment per wish wash up on your beaches. You can make special things with the fragments.

When you're looking up and doing the wishing, you can't have any tools in your hand so put away any nets etc first.
