Just that really, Ds isn't really into gaming but loves roblox. He likes to makes houses, have pets and that sort of thing. He's animal and small world mad. We have a family switch so I wondered if this might be suitable for him as a Christmas gift?
If not are there any other recommendations?
Thankyou Smile

Yes he will love it as it's all tailored to his interests. The game is aimed at children anyway but as an adult I love it too. It's just fishing catching bugs and planting/picking flowers and fruit. Sounds perfect for him Smile

About the same age mine got into it, it's great for that age

Definitely!

Both my 7 and 8 year old played it like crazy since it came out - the enthusiasm's going a bit now but that's a longer duration than most things have engaged them.

100%! Our nearly 7 year old has it and LOVES it... as do I Grin

Definitely, although you might want to set it via parental controls so that randomers can't visit their island/ They can't go visiting "real" people's islands and talk to them. That's the only restriction we've set for DD but it hasn't reduced her enjoyment of the game at all, she's happy going to randomly generated worlds instead.

Good for kids - there's a lot of reading in it though but should be ok for that age group. They can only visit others islands if you have the Nintendo Switch Online subscription (afaik) so wouldn't worry about that too much.

That's great, Thankyou allSmile
