World of Warcraft - Classic

After a very drunken Zoom call, was persuaded to sign up to this and I am so enjoying myself.

I'm a Night Elf Rogue but have also played a Druid and a Gnome Mage as my DC have characters (which I am levelling up for them as they only want to run around and blast the level 1 bad guys)

I've also got an Undead Priest on a PvP server which I'm not sure about - it's dark, spooky and I'm not sure I like the idea of other players hammering into me... the few times I've come across the Horde in my other realm, they have annihilated me.

It's such a social game and I'm lucky that I have friends who invited me into their guild. I'm not one for instances though - have only done one (Deadmines) and it scared me a lot, despite being with my friends who were all Lvl 40s )

As part of the sub, you get access to the main WoW game too but it seems much fuller on, not sure I could cope!

Does anyone else play?

I used to play a decade ago and have the happiest memories from it, and friends I still keep in touch with.

Enjoy the social element of it, but also don’t forget to get better loot and keep up with tactics.

I used to have a hunter main, loved having pets to fight by my side.

The call of Azeroth has been strong since this corona business...

Do It! Just trying to make myself feel better for the amount of time it is stealing away from me. I can totally see how people can get pretty obsessed but I'm just enjoying bumbling about, doing quests.

I have got a Macaw who follows me around (called Johnny) - love that you can have companions and pets!

I used to be obsessed with this and had to stop playing. I used to get up, take dd to school and then play for hours! It's very addictive but good fun.

Woohoo - made it to Level 27! Levelling up as a Rogue is really hard work although I love the Stealth ability as I don't like combat for the sake of it, so being all sneaky is perfect!
