Hi guys. Could anyone offer me any help on how to do this? Son's switch is connected to my nintendo online account (only got it for him) and its now due for renewal. My other son now has a switch lite so I would like to upgrade my account to a family subscription. Nintendo havent replied to my emails and i can't see anywhere on the website to do it. Its due to expire this week and I dont want DS1 to lose all his stuff! Any help would be much appreciated
