Roblox - where did the robust get spent?

DD used her pocket money to buy 800 robux. She spent 300 (on floors?!) and then her balance went to 0.

The transactions tab shows a purchase of 'Sponsored Game for Web' for 500.

She swears blind that she didn't buy anything and doesn't recognise the transaction.

I've emailed the support line but not expecting much of a response.

Wondering if any Roblox users recognise what that purchase might be so I can least work out if it was something she might have bought accidentally?

Title fail :( Robux.

When you create a game on Roblox you can pay Robux for it to be 'promoted' on the Roblox platform I.e. it becomes a sponsored game. It sounds like this is what she could have done. It's not a one button process though so not sure how she could have done that without realising.
