Does it have to be a picture of a spawned 'mon or can it be when you take a picture of one you already have?

It can be any one you have.

If anything, it's better than a freshly caught one because you have to go back and transfer ones you don't want to keep.

Hmm. i can't even get the pokemon to appear to take a photo to try to get smeargle to photobomb it. GRRR.

Do we know who the Kanto raid bosses will be? Like Mewtoo or Articuno? hopes

My smeargle ran away. Sad

He popped up in the first photo I tried but then escaped out of a ball and fucked off. I hope I have better luck tomorrow.

Mr 40 X 8 doesn't have one yet. He is proper fucked off. Especially as you need 200 to go gold on the badge, which is the only badge he's not gold on.

On a lighter note, we had fun today at a Latias raid where not one of the 9 players present could log in due to the dire phone signal. It's the gym we've lost connection at before mid-raid. When we finally did get going I caught a 91% one. The rest have all been in the 70s. But still no shiny.

I also hatched another Riolu which I traded to DS. The good news is the IV improved. The bad news is that with no candies (which is what happens with a traded Pokémon), and at 5k a candy, he'll have to walk 250 km to evolve it. Or just do lots of raids for the rare candies.

Evolve a meowth gives an eevee reward.
Catch 5 rattata or pidgey gives a pikachu.

ds and I've taken hundreds of photos and have not seen a Smeargle at all, anywhere, no matter if with AR+ or not, going in and out of photo session, nothing,

Yes, been outside yesterday, twice to the gym and stops 5 min walk from work and a long walk at lunchtime. I haven't been outside other then driving to work today yet but tried at home and at work so far, nothing.
