I am dying of embarrassment and trying not to cry.
We were on the edge of town and a shout goes out for a Marowak raid with 15 mins left. We jumped in the car and got into the raid with 4 minutes to go. Three of us - a level 40 I don't know, DS, and me.
The raid is not going well, I didn't have time to put together a team and was going with my recommended. I presumed DS had done the same.
No, in the car he'd put together a crack team of cresselias (he has 4) and 2 randoms.
We did not defeat the Marowak.
Now, I know some of them in the group would have just laughed, but this guy was pissed off.
DS wasted everyone's raid passes and it was too late to get back in as the raid was over.
He even slagged off my Pokémon and asked how I'd got to level 31.
Thing is, I sinced looked at PokieGenie and the only difference was a vaporeon in the place of a cloyster.
The group are over 18 only but have allowed DS as he's with me, and a normally a bloody good player. I don't know what came over him.
This guy is one of the group leaders. I can't see us being welcome now.

I really don’t understand why people take it so seriously, I love playing but some of the arguments I see on our local group (between fully grown adults) leaves me feeling a bit meh about it all. Luckily, I have 4 DSs who all play and teen DS has quite a lot of friends who do so we don’t need the groups —until school hours when I’m all alone and need outsiders—

and at my strikeout failure. My former MN gang would be ashamed of me!

@BaronessBomburst that's awful! It's just a game at the end of the day - and there's no guarantee that you would have won the raid with a different team. Your poor DS, and poor you!

The guy is being a complete knob jockey so don't listen to him. You haven't done anything wrong! Really feel for you, it's horrible when someone shouts at you :(

Actually as I typed that I realised quite what a bellend he was being. He stormed off to do couple of T5's with others in the group so presumably had a few raid passes; he always does multiple raids a day. That was my day's pass!
DS has since read up on his cresselias and is gutted to learn that they're pretty useless. Now he knows why I always want to do the Gengar raids instead!

I think wine on a Tuesday is acceptable. I'm still at work but will definitely be having a glass when I get home after the day I've had.

And still not a single cubone! They were everywhere last week when I didn't need one. And I've got Lileeps and Anoriths aplenty now, but I bet when I get to that task there won't be any around! Harrumph!!

Can someone help please! I can't open my app anymore on iPhone soon as I open it it clicks back off and just doesn't open if I uninstall and install again will I lose any progress?

@anitagreen have you switched your phone completely off and on again?

I don't think you'll lose any progress if you uninstall it as it's saved on the animatic servers with your log in details.

Also have you updated the app to the latest version?

Where can I find lileeps and anorith?!
I've never even seen a lileep. They didn't even spawn here during the event.

I just checked though and if you don't have gifts from me ready to open we'll need to send / receive gifts to open to trigger it...

I'll be out running with a group of friends but should be finished by 8pm (club Xmas pub run) and will confirm/ check eggs are on...

I wont get any gifts til I go to work later at half 7 but it might be doable as long as I get some gifts from the pokestops, they've been rubbish today

I'm out later so will get one or 2 with any luck... and should manage some tomorrow on the morning school run...

Also still waiting for a cubone, I do know where I can get an anorith as well as there is a spawn in a local park. Probably won’t last though.
