kalinkafoxtrot45 There isn’t a way to get round it. You’ll have to either meet someone off mumsnet, do some raids and meet local players in order to trade or create another account and level it up until you can trade.

For anyone getting others to log in for them in another location, be very careful. Niantic is cracking down hard on cheating and spoofing.

Just make sure you leave enough travel time. So if your friend logs out of your account at 3.00pm in another town, don’t log in in your hometown until the time it would take you to get back there, else it will flag up.

So if it takes 40 minutes to get back, wait at least 40 minutes (if not more).

No worries, GhoulishGremlins I’ve seen it happen a few times where accounts have been banned or Pokemon have been red-lined because of this, and that was before Niantic brought in their new tighter controls.

DS cocky friend has been banned for that. He was using a location hack and travelling between San Francisco and the Netherlands. We did warn him.

Had a good day Pokémoning at any rate. Won all four raid battles and caught all four raid bosses, including Machamp and Raichu on the surfboard. The latter was by the skin of our teeth! I'm only level 22 and I wiped out 10 Pokémon in the battle, finishing with seconds to spare. DS fared better, but then caught him with his very last ball! We also caught the Scyther he's been needing for months - I may have driven a way to achieve this.......damn thing spawned on the other side of the river.

Silver pinap are pinap which also make a poke easier to catch.

MDe Ds2 an account because he was eating my balls and transferring my pokemon. Spotted a lickitung raid after his bedtime and got all his pokies beaten up and then couldn't catch it. Admittedly not the easiest to hit!

BaronessBomburst Silver pinaps have been around a while now; since the Celebi quest (they’re part of the rewards for it, part six IIRC).

They give 2x candy and a 1.8x increase in catch rate, so they’re basically a golden razz berry and a regular pinap berry combined.
