Do those eggs still have a chance of hatching the special regional pokemon?

PiperPublickOccurrences The Pokemon in an egg is determined once a gift is opened. So as long as you’ve opened a gift and the egg is there on the egg screen before 9pm on the 30th September, it can contain a regional even if it hatches days/weeks/months afterwards.

Jessddddd when I open the gift I have from you will will become best friends. Do you want to coordinate a lucky egg? I will hold off opening for now because I don't want you to miss out on the extra 100k xp.

Also FrisbyRat and KnittingGenie55 if we keep things up will become bezzers on Sunday. Do you want to coordinate eggs?

Nice shiny @TangelasVine. I think I've been very lucky on the egg event. I've hatched about 7 and have had 2 Taurus and 2 FarFetch'd. Would really like to see Gen IV arrive and hopefully with it a discount on Pokemon storage space

Catspyjamazzzz That’s the point - the special research reward Pokemon lasts for a month. So for the entire month of September, Entei is the reward. At 9pm on the 1st October, the reward Pokemon will change to Suicune and remain so until the end of October.

I must have been lucky with my hatches then as I have hatched about 4 tauros (already had 3 from a US trip), farfetched and I finally got my kanga after I used coins to buy some incubators. Literally the egg after the purchase. So if you need something I'd buy some incubators! Getting a bit bored now too, so looking forward to the release of new mons. I'd like another research task too - they're fun!

Claim a fifth Entei today or get Suicane on Monday? What do we all think?

Tallulah it depends whether you're happy with the Entei you've already got, no? My 4 are fairly pathetic specimens and so wouldn't have minded a crack at a fifth but my weekly schedule didn't work that way this month.

I'm going for a Suicane rather than another Entei, swayed by my pokemon mad children who say Suicane is better. I've had to miss a few days of research stamps to complete the 7 days on Monday, which has been OK. I hope they don't wait too long to release gen IV.
