Well done Sneaky on your 9! I got 3 and dd 5, also caught lots of nut heads, 2 this morning before the event started.

All the nut heads are dittos aren't they?

Caught 20, all dittos.

@dillite some people were getting that, only for it to turn into a ditto, anyway. There's a link to it in the article I linked and a few videos on the silph Road. No one knows why only some people got that, though.

And at least it's handy for people still struggling to catch a ditto for Mew!

Today was quite good for us- we got 6 shinies, evolved 2, caught 180 chicorita, gained nearly 400k xp, completed celebi task, took part in a mew two raid- there was a massive crowd there! unfortunately we didn't catch it :( DD cried

Poor DD, dillite. TBH, I felt like crying too after missing out for the 4th time.

Been lurking here for a while but finally got to evolve this guy and caught a shiny chikorita There was a MewTwo raid but we don’t know enough people with Pokémon Go to take part.

Managed precisely 0 shiny chikoritas today, hey ho. Got enough to evolve to Meganium though.

Do you think they’ll reduce the price of storage anytime soon? I want to buy some but have a feeling as soon as I do it will be half price. I saved up for 25 lucky eggs and then two days later they halved the price of those!

I was going to drive to see my friends today but I woke up and one side of my face was swollen, indicating an abscess in my mouth. I went out and found myself wasting 10 minutes of the 3 hours by watching a heron. Whose life isn't improved by that?

Over the next 2 3/4 hours the only 'Mon I threw balls at were Chikorita, other than 2 Charmanders, 2 Flappyfish and a Squirtle. I managed to catch 4 shinies, 3 of which were between 1120 and 1130, the 4th being at about 1245. I'm really happy with that.

By the time the event ended I was cold and soaking so I went home to get warm and dry.

I think celebi is always caught 3rd hit. One where you may as well throw straight, if you find that easier.

My local gym has become an ex raid gym shock I really hope it activates for Deoxys!

MonaChopsis It’s probably always been an ex-raid gym. It will only trigger a Deoxys raid if enough people raid at it in the specific time parameters (and you will only receive a pass if you are one of those people during that time).

They’ve also, as I hoped, brought Mewtwo’s base catch rate down from 6% to 2% like other legendaries so it’s much harder to catch.

I know. A Mewtwo ran from me so no longer 100% catch rate for me.

I got two shiny chikoritas this morning but didn't find any chikorita that were above 80% IV. I evolved my highest CP chikorita to get a meganium but I caught a lot of them altogether, it was a bit of a disappointment. In other news though I have all regionals, yay!

I had a great day, lots of Chikorita obvs, one shiny high enough to evolve and lots of low ones, hatched Taurus and Kangashan from eggs, did six Mewtwo raids and caught 4 of them! So happy to finally get one, let alone 4! Now only need Farfetched for my Gen 1 dex to be completed.

Had lucky eggs one the whole time and got nearly all the way through level 35 too 😁

I didn't catch any shinies yesterday, but was only able to play for apx an hour and caught apx 70 chicoritas.
On a good note though I finally completed Gen 1, so i have all the kanto pokes. I'd been missing Kangastan (got tauros in the US and have hatched 4 more!) I must have hatched apx 25 special event eggs. Finally Got the kanga next egg after I actually bought some incubators (top tip there!)

SirNilsOlav If you don’t think you got 100,000 XP one of two things has happened: either the notification just didn’t pop up and you did get it you just haven’t realised, or you turned ultra before you put the lucky egg on.

All my eggs are from specific locations; not generic ones.
