Got daughter a ps4 today from cash generator . Thought it would be simple but I'm stumped turn it on and it asks me to connect controller via usb and press ps button which obviously I have tried I just can't get it to work controller doesn't do anythingbonce connected but flashes white if I push ps button I have tried resseting the controller. is there anything else I can try ? Tia
