I'm 47k through L34 and levelled up during the event. I can't remember what I was on at the start so there was probably 10-20k to get there. Worth saving candies and lucky eggs for!

If you're at the same stage as me, I think you're missing a zero from those numbers, there. With 3 lucky eggs at 120 to 130k a time, I've gone from 200k short of level 34 to 465k in

I went to my first Ho-Oh raid today. There were 8 of us and oh my days, that thing is brutal. It minced 9 of my 'Mon and was within moments of making it 10 when we took it down. The one that I caught has 2217CP and Pokegenie rates it as having 98%iv. The others Ho-Ohs are only in the 80s. I am, like a steam train enthusiast who's been run over by Ivor The Engine, chuffed to bits. The XP gained took me up to L34. I reckon I could be L35 by Easter... :o

If the Ho-oh had Solar Beam then I agree that it's super hard. (The other move is no different to previous legendaries imho)

My Ho-ohs are all low 80s. Congrats on the 98! 100% is 2222 which is nice and easy to remember.

I wonder what's coming after Ho-oh? I've not had an EX Raid invite yet - think I'm raiding at the wrong gyms plus one a day isn't cutting it.

I was in a group of 7 yesterday and we just managed to take down a Ho-oh with solar beam with less than 10 seconds left. I caught it DP didn't. Mine is 91iv DPs was 100iv and he is gutted

If they were going to bring the legendaries back I think it'd be at least a year or two, perhaps more. They are legendaries and they are meant to be rare, and they just aren't if everyone has one, so I wouldn't be surprised if they never did.

Whilst I agree with you in a way, they have been dishing out rare ones like the regionals and the unown event (only certain letters but I'll never catch all 26!)
I guess gen 3 will keep interest going for a while.

Huzzah. Can't wait for some new shadows. I'm hoping they reduce the price of Pokemon storage as I have coins saved up just for that.

Our local group leader reckons first release will be tomorrow. she's also posted max CP for each 'Mon. I'm looking forward to shadows. :o

There isn't a Pokemon per type of weather, it's along the lines of fire Pokemon will become more common the hotter it is, ice Pokemon in snowy weather and more water types during rainy weather etc.
