Evolved a Charizard, Typhlosion and Houndoom. Anyone else who can log in noticed that multiple Pokemon are spawning when they log in? Until yesterday when gyms were taken down I'd only ever seen one Pokemon at a time spawn on my street. Now there's at least two at a time, sometimes four.

No I regularly get multiple spawns.

Most I ever counted was 10 at one spot. It had a bench right there too so I could sit and catch every single one

I get multiple spawns too. Depends where though.

I know have two breathtaking Charmanders one a defence specialist and one an attack I need 250 candies to do that and I have about 200. I hope I see loads more before event end.

Oh and my 10k egg was a Mantine. I want to smack its face in as they're common. I got 5000xp for rhe hatch though.

I quite often see multiple spawns but there do seem to have been more of them this event - at one point I had four growlithe in my house, whereas I usually have access to maximum two at a time.

I've found this event to be very good - I put a lucky egg on last night and did my double evolution of a cyndaquil, evolved my houndour, did four arcanine, three ninetails, two charmeleon (as I already have a good charizard), three rapidash, plus all the other assorted rubbish that I was keeping hold of in order to level up. Got to 29 easily on it.

Ooh you're lucky with your multiple spawns, I only get 1 at home. I thought it had gone but thankfully I think just spawn time has been shortened. I was going to walk in to town to hatch my 10k eggs, but it's too hot so I've come to the nearby pool instead. Have to work later so guess I'm done with the event now. Got loads of cyndaquil. Bit ironic when 2 weeks ago he was my buddy and I walked him miles!

Lucky you LB I didn't manage to find a lapras. Only have the one little one from near when game started. Lucky baby was due a sleep!

The extra spawns were definitely temporary. The one across the road from us has gone again.

Off for a walk to mop up the last off the event. I've noticed a few pokestops have changed to gyms, can't wait till they're up and running!

I don't know if this has already been discussed on this thread, I've only been on a month or so. But does anyone know if/when we will be able to breed Pokemon in future updates? Obviously as we have male and female Pokemon and have done for a while, is that niantic preparing us for us being able to breed? I've been saving my best one or two male and females of each unusual/rare Pokemon for a while, and each time I evolve I try to make sure I have both genders. Am I wasting time, or is this something that will happen going forward?

I'm not sure what the benefit of breeding Pokemon in Pokemon Go would be.

I still can't log in. I want to cry. I just get Unable to Authenticate every time I try. It doesn't get as far as deciding if my password is correct or not.

This event has been pretty good for me, been doing a few lucky eggs and incense while in the car (not driving obviously!) so catching a pokemon every minute and getting shit loads of points so finally got up to level 30 and now I'm not fussed about xp any more

So after my lapras disappointment the other day, I got on with walking the two 10k eggs I had, fully expecting them to be more fucking gligar/pinecos. They were....

In other news, DH and I drove to work today because we couldn't face the tube, so I had two very decent catching/pokestop hitting sessions. I now have a full sack of pokemon and will be doing a lucky egg evolve.

How is everyone doing with Gen1?

My Lapras was the last of the 'standalone' Pokemon for me to catch; regionals excepted. I've got four more candies to get to evolve Grimer into Muk, and two more to do Machoke into Machamp (I may catch one, they do periodically turn up around here). Then I've got 99km to walk to get my Exeggcute to evolve. Which I'm putting off until there's another event, I think. And then I'm done, woo!

I'm miles away from Gen 2. I don't think I've even completed one row.

Ooh, just read about 'premier balls' which will be used in raids to catch the boss Pokémon.

I am impatient for the gyms to return! Raids won't be for a while, but the gyms should be back soon.

I am also impatient for gen 3. It may be that I am just lacking in patience generally

I've got enough to get a Charizard, Typhlosion, Houndoor, Ninetails.

I think the only thing I didn't catch during this event which I desperately needed was a Magmar!
