Still looking for girafarig, unown, tyrogue hitmontop, shuckle and miltank. Then hundreds of kilometers to walk with various buddies. Seems doable. 😂

Had a good few days. DD, who had been wildly jealous of my Easter 2k Aerodactyl, hatched her own from a post event 10k egg. I saw and caught my first ever Yanma, and evolved a cute little flower-pixie thing from Gloom with a sunstone.

Then today I drove 15 minutes to a park with a Houndoor nest and got us 2 each, never seen one before. if I'd had longer I could probably have got enough for Houndoom. Loving the nest atlas - I didn't look at it for ages as I thought it would just be for the US.

Also today DD hatched the last Dratini she needed to get her first Dragonite :D

I'm just back from a walk - I wanted to hatch a 10k egg - got a Skamory, but I've had a few, so a bit disappointed. I went to a local park with a sunkern nest, picked up a couple, but didn't really have time to hang around. Bonus was picking up my first Houndoor.

Hatched a cyndaquil today which was a new one. Nice to have a new one that evolves.

There's girafarig in a park near us.

I'm still baffled by these bonuses and have never seen a definitive explanation of them.

I got a dragon scale today so I have my kingdra. I also picked up a random Skamory while I was walking around, using my PoGo+ which was a nice surprise!

Hatched a slowpoke from my second-to-last 2k event egg. FFS.

My kingdra are bloody vicious when it comes to taking down gyms.

And my best vaporeon went up in my estimation when it took out a blissey, single handedly, yesterday. My dragonite nearly managed a bigger one, but ended up needing help, at the end.

I think the bonus is for catching the hundredth of a certain Pokemon. Just had my seventh day streak and got yet another metal coat. I really want a kings rock to get my Slowking.

I know the eggs are supposed to be random but after hatching yet another phanpy I'm really not convinced they are. I've nearly enough candy for another donphan so I've hatched a fair few.

HandbagCrab So lucky! I have only hatched one phanphy and it's always been one of my favourite Pokemon so I'm very sad I haven't hatched any more

Caught a CP 400 Ursaring, earlier. Definitely used a pinapberry with that one, then sent it straight to the mincer!

Why would you use a pinap berry for an Ursaring? It doesn't evolve into anything else.

Unless of course you wanted more candy to evolve a wonder Teddiursa, as anything you catch in the wild, evolved form or not, is most likely to be pretty weak.

Due to the nature of the legendary Pokemon, they won't just release them like any normal Pokemon.

There will be a special event, so as soon as they're in the game, you'll know about it. How they'll do it is a mystery though, as they don't want to cause stampedes or anything.

I have run out of data today..Will get new lot tomorrow though so not much pokemon today.. First time I have ran out since first month of Pokemon.

Eggs do tend to reflect their own biome, so watery eggs from a riverside or whatever are to be expected. No surprise that I got a chikorita egg from a chikorita nest during the last event.

I miss shadows

Same here DameDeD. Not seen one for ages.

Hatched a tyrogue- first decent hatch in a while! Did a nice big walk today, got a better snorlax and enough candy to now have my alakazam!

I miss shadows, there seems to be nothing new! I created a list of Pokemon I still had to get for gen 2, and I've not even seen shadow of most of them

whatto I'd gladly give you some phanphys if I could! Don't mean to be down on them, I'd just like something different :)

HandbagCrab Aww no worries I'm annoyed at all the Gligars I get out of 10km eggs Nothing worse than walking 10km to get a fucking Gligar!

The only Europe-available mons that I don't have and can't get by walking, now, are

Hitmonchan / Top (have a Tyrogue with attack as highest stat, so that will evolve into Lee)

Magby / Magmar

Girafarig

Snubbul / Granbul

Sneasel.

Oh, and Uknown, but I don't really count that, it feels as unobtainable as the regionals.

I have loads of other gaps in the Dex, but they can all be filled by walking from here to the sun and back.

I've not got a gligar! I'm sure they get old after you walked 10k for more than one :)

HandbagCrab Oh how strange! Isn't it weird how it works?! I'm desperate for a snorlax, another chansey to get my blissey, more larvitars for a tyrannitar and more dratinis for a dragonite!

Hatched a 10K egg today and got a Chansey with 16 candy so now I've got my Blissey!

Also hatched another Phanpy so I'm walking with him, only need another 4 candy.

And I spent a couple of hours at a Chikorita nest so I've now got a Meganium as well.

Still no shadows though

Oh I'm very jealous! Mega noun is my favourite Pokemon ever, and I've only got two chikoritas I can't walk it until I've walked my bulbasaur to get an ivysaur (which is taking forever, but I'm committed now!)

Oh, and I just hatched another 10k... and got another Gligar
